Temporary and Permanent Staffing

Carers Plus provides both temporary and permanent health care staff to Residential Care facilities.  With a track record of proven excellence in over 32 years in the health care sector, we pride ourselves on high quality personal service.
We are committed to providing experienced and appropriately skilled staff, working closely with management, and consequently allowing Carers Plus to monitor and assess the quality of placements and services.  Staff employed by Carers Plus will be selected by members of our Executive Management team and will undergo a stringent period of training in our own Facility and will NOT be offered to the clients of Carers Plus until they meet our own very rigid requirements in respect to caring for others.

As the employers of a large team of health care workers in our own Facility we realise that it is vital all staff members are punctual, cost effective, efficient and willing to do the task necessitated.  The Carers Plus team is required to meet our own stringent requirements and must be prepared to continue to achieve ever higher standards and be PROFESSIONAL in every sense of the word.  Our reputation for quality has seen our services used by an ever expanding number of clients and we are able to offer our agency worker placements within a diverse number of settings. Our team is regularly offered mandatory training to enable them to keep up-to-date with the latest best practices.  Carers Plus staff members are expected to be professional and work efficiently for our clients at all times - our reputation is built on the competency and attitude of our staff. Our success begins with a rigorous recruitment process that ensures every Carers Plus member has the most appropriate, recent and relevant experience for the field in which they are placed.
