At Carers Plus, we work with several not for profit disability service organisations in the face of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) transition period and service some of Western Australia’s leading providers in disability services.

We acknowledge the disability sector has been undergoing significant changes largely as a result of the NDIS. These changes have created opportunities for growth to many of our clients; however, we understand the constraints of NDIS and its financial implications on providers during the transition period.

Your success and sustainability are equally important to us as it is to you, and more important to your clients and their families. We offer you a workforce of support workers, allied health professionals, corporate and office support teams with the objective to ensure value for money. This will assist you with the required workforce either on a temporary or permanent basis, so you can focus more on your service growth and delivery.

All our disability support employees complete the Worker Orientation Module interactive online course, “Quality, Safety and You” prior to commencing work to better support those living with disabilities. This course explains the obligations of workers under the NDIS Code of Conduct from the perspective of NDIS participants.
